3. Refund & Return Policy (CPA & International)

Returns & Refunds:

  • 7-Day Cooling Off: Per the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided the product is unopened and the safety seal is intact.
  • Defective Products: Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a product is defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund within 6 months.
  • Health & Hygiene Exception: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any health supplements, vitamins, or specific therapy products once the protective seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • National and International Returns: If returning an item from inside or outside South Africa, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any re-importation duties incurred if applicable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
